摘要
为提高人力资源管理专业学生的实践应用能力,通过对人力资源管理从业者的调查走访,围绕人力资源管理专业培养目标,建立课堂实践—实验室—社会实习三位一体的实践教学模式,同时从更新观念、激励机制和考核评价等方面来实施保障,为产教融合背景下的实践教学模式提供借鉴。
In order to improve the practice application of ability of human resources management students,through the investigation and visit of human resource of practitioners,around the goal of human resources management professional training,a three-in-one practical teaching model of classroom practice-laboratory-social practice is established.At the same time,it guarantees the implementation from the aspects of renewal concept,the incentive mechanism and evaluation,and provides the reference for the practical of teaching model under the background of integration of production and education.
