摘要
在信息技术快速发展的过程中,多数高校都已经开始采用信息化方式进行学生就业信息管理,利用庞大的毕业生数据和繁杂信息,构建成为学生就业的数据库系统,在数据管理的过程中,合理使用先进的数据挖掘技术,不仅可以查询和统计既有的毕业生就业数据,还能预测各种数据之间的潜在联系,明确学生的就业特点,为相关就业指导工作的实施提供准确依据。
In the process of rapid development of information technology,most colleges and universities have begun to use information technology to manage students'employment information.Using huge graduate data and complex information,they have constructed a database system for students'employment.In the process of data management,they reasonably use advanced data mining technology.It can not only query and statistics the existing of employment data of graduates,but also predict the potential relationship between various data,clarify the employment characteristics of students,and provide the accurateness of basis for the implementation of relevant employment guidance work.
