摘要
该文首先介绍法律意识的内涵,以法律意识为基础去了解大学新生法律意识的内涵和特点。通过问卷调查和个别访谈调研大学新生法律知识、法治教育、法律信仰、法律思维等方面的现状,并结合调研内容进行研究,了解大学新生法律意识的现状,指出当前大学新生法律意识存在的问题;最后,提出强化大学新生法律意识的对策。
Firstly,this paper introduces the connotation of legal consciousness,which is based on the legal consciousness to understand the connotation and characteristics of freshmen's legal consciousness.Through questionnaires and individual interviews,this paper investigates the current situation of freshmen's legal knowledge,legal education,legal beliefs and legal thinking,and combines the research content to understand the current situation of freshmen's legal consciousness,and points out the existing problems of freshmen's legal consciousness.Lastly,this paper suggests corresponding measures to enhance the legal awareness of university freshman.
