摘要
大学生暑期社会实践对于有效发挥高校育人功能具有重要意义。该文通过文献研究、问卷调查、个人访谈等方法,全面了解大学生暑期社会实践育人功能发挥的现状,并深入分析暑期社会实践在思想觉悟、团队协作、学习能力、实践能力、社会适应和服务社会六个维度的育人功能发挥情况及差异性,从个人、家庭、学校和社会四个层面分析其影响因素,在此基础上从强化学生主体意识,优化实践制度建设和完善实践保障机制三个方面提出更具针对性、可行性的对策。
The summer social practice of college students is of great significance to give full play to the educational function of colleges and universities.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,personal interview and other methods,this paper comprehensively understands the present situation of college students'educational function in summer social practice,and deeply analyzes the educational function and differences of summer social practice in six dimensions:ideological awareness,teamwork,learning ability,practical ability,social adaptation and service society,and analyzes its influencing factors from four aspects:individual,family,school and society.On this basis,it is put forward targeted and feasible countermeasures from three aspects:strengthening students'consciousness of subject,optimizing the construction of practical system and perfecting the mechanism of practical guarantee.
