The Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that the current situation of the country and the people's sentiments have undergone protoimd changes,and there is an urgent need for the development of education.Develop internationalization of higher education,adjust and optimize the education system intemally,improve the quality of education,build a platform to attract high-quality elements of the world,and further enhance China's influence in the world;extensive cooperation with the outside world,strengthen cooperation,and use the knowledge technology network to drive China's industry upgrade to win more initiative for China in international competition.
