摘要
高校应注重教师教学质量评价的每一个环节,使教学质量评价能够成为高校提高办学质量,创新人才培养模式,促进校园多元发展的有效方式.文章以多方式调研的客观数据分析为核心,紧扣影响高校教师教学质量评价的相关因素,在对影响因素进行调研并分析的基础上,为改进、健全高校教学质量评价机制,提出了针对性的建议,旨在良好地促进高校教师队伍的建设,着力提倡构建"师生发展共同体"的理念,为社会培养更多的优秀人才.
Colleges and universities should pay attention to every link of teacher's teaching quality evaluation,so that teaching quality evaluation can become an effective way for colleges and universities to improve the quality of running schools,innovate the training mode of talents and promote the diversified development ofcampuses.Based on the objective data analysis of multi-way investigation and closely related factors a fleeting the evaluation of teaching quality of University teachers,this paper puts forward pertinent suggestions for improving and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of teaching quality of University on the basis of investigation and analysis of influencing factors,aiming at promoting the construction of University teachers'team and advocating the construction of"teacher-student development community".The idea is to train more excellent talents for the society.
