做好高层次人才的党员发展工作是高校党建工作的一项重点内容.通过高层次人才中发展党员工作面临问题的现状调查,发现高校教工对发展高层次人才入党的必要性认识不足、基层党组织对党员发展程序宣传不够、共产党员先锋模范作用和基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用发挥不足.因此,需要通过加强思想政治教育和发挥先进典型的引领和示范作用等方式来改进高层次人才的党员发展.

It is an important part of Party building in Colleges and universities to do well in the development of Party members with high-level talents.By investigating the current situation of problems in developing Party members among high-level talents,it is found that university faculty lacks awareness of the necessity of developing high-level talents to join the Party,that grass-roots Party organizations do not publicize the process of Party members'development enough,that the vanguard exemplary role of Party members and the role of the fighting fortress of grass-roots Party branches play insufficient roles.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the development of Party members with high-level talents by strengthening ideological and political education and giving full play to advanced and typical leading and exemplary roles.
