高职基于“企业学院”的校企一体化育人模式研究与实践——以许昌职业技术学院海天建筑装饰学院为例

校企共建企业学院是高职院校深化校企合作、产教融合,实现校企一体化育人的重要模式之一.随着多地推行商品房精装交付政策,建筑装饰行业迅猛发展,高技能型人才紧缺.为了提高人才培养质量,使培养的学生能更好、更快地适应行业、企业发展需要,许昌职业技术学院与海天时代教育集团积极合作,共建"海天建筑装饰学院",在课程资源建设、师资队伍建设、校企文化融合等方面做了有益探索,深化了校企合作一体化育人程度,实现了校企双赢.

The co-construction of enterprise colleges is one of the important modes for higher vocational colleges to deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,integrate production and education,and realize the integration of schools and enterprises.With the implementation of the hardcover delivery policy of commercial housing in many places,the construction and decoration industry has developed rapidly,and high-skilled talents are in short supply.In order to improve the quality of personnel training and enable the trained students to better and faster adapt to the needs of industry and enterprise development,Xuchang Vocational Technical College has actively cooperated with Haitian Times Education Group to jointly build Haitian Architectural Decoration College,which has done a good job in the construction of curriculum resources,the construction of teaching staff and the integration of school and enterprise culture.Exploration has deepened the integration of school-enterprise cooperation and education,and achieved a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
