The cultivation of innovative ability is the goal of Higher Education under the background of new engineering,and it is also the demand for talents in today's society.The network engineering specialty of Nanjing Institute of Engineering has explored a unique way of training in the process of teaching reform,development and implementation.This paper summarizes and introduces the educational concept,curriculum system,school-enterprise cooperation,project-based teaching,popularization competition and so on.
