摘要
拟南芥NPR1蛋白是最早发现的水杨酸(SA)受体和调节植物系统获得性抗性(SAR)的必要成分.而作为R基因和npr1-1的组成型抑制子,SNC1介导SA依赖型植物免疫抗性.植物中存在许多与SNC1互作的基因,这些基因在不同的水平上调节SNC1表达和植物的免疫抗性.该文总结了近年来有关SNC1与相关基因的互作其对SNC1调控作用研究进展,并展望了SNC1在主要经济作物油菜中的应用前景.
Arabidopsis NPR1 protein is the earliest known salicylic acid(SA)receptor and essential component for regulating plant systemic acquired resistance(SAR).As a constitutive inhibitor of R gene and nprl-1,SNC1 mediates SA-dependent plant immune resistance.There are many genes interacting with SNC1 in plants.These genes regulate SNC1 expression and plant immune resistance at different levels.This paper summarized the recent research progress on the interaction between SNC1 and related genes and their regulation on SNC1,and prospected the application prospects of SNC1 in major cash crops rape.
