班级是高校学生管理的基本单位,是大学生进行自我教育、自我管理和自我服务的主要依托载体,是校风、学风建设的主要组织机构.本文从创新班级建设模式的角度出发,探索党支部、团支部、班委会"三位一体"班级建设模式的积极意义和有效路径,旨在推动建设思想进步、学风优良的良好班集体,为提升大学生思想政治教育的效果提供良好的组织支持.

Class is the basic unit of student management in colleges and universities.It is the main carrier of self-education,self-management and self-service for college students.It is also the main organization for the construction of school spirit and style of study.From the point of view of innovating class construction mode,this paper explores the positive significance and effective path of the"three in one"class construction mode of Party branch,League branch and class committee,aiming at promoting the construction of a good class collective with ideological progress and excellent style of study,and providing good organizational support for improving the effect of college students'ideological and political education.
