模具教学中理实一体化教学模式的应用研究

Research on the Application of the Integrated Teaching Model of Theory and Practice in Mould Teaching

在制造业蓬勃发展的背景下,模具教学应对的挑战愈加严峻.对模具专业教学模式加以优化、有效体现教师教学技能以强化学生专业技能,对学生较好的职业素养、能力加以培育,已变为模具专业教学亟待思考的问题.此次研究先对理实一体化教学模式、模具教学现状进行了阐述,而后分析了政策规划,并结合"塑料成型工艺与模具设计"这一课程对理实一体化教学模式在模具教学中的应用思路与方法、教学效果进行探讨.

Under the background of the vigorous development of manufacturing industry,the challenges faced by mould teaching are becoming more and more serious.To optimize the teaching mode of mould specialty and effectively reflect the teaching skills of teachers in order to strengthen students'professional skills,and to cultivate students'better professional qualities and abilities has become an urgent problem to be considered in the teaching of mould specialty.This study first expounds the current situation of the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice and the teaching of mould,then analyses the policy planning,and discusses the application ideas,methods and teaching effects of the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice in the teaching of mould combined with the course of Plastic Molding Technology and Mold Design.
