摘要 当前,临床医学专业人才的预防战略和公共卫生意识受到普遍重视.同时,对照医学教育认证标准,"预防医学"教学中还存在不少问题,亟待进行全方位的教学改革.以湘南学院为例,贴近职业需求吸纳了临床与预防结合新理念,以岗位胜任力为导向整合教学内容,围绕社区临床预防服务开展实验实践教学,以提高学生科研创新能力为目标统合课外活动,以提高学生实践能力为契合点深化与行业企业的全方位合作,以落实学生学习中心地位为聚焦点统筹多途径立体改革等. Under the background of medical education accreditation,taking the medical education accreditation standards as the guide and the students5 ability training as the main line,we need to carry out a full range of teaching reform in the course of Preventive Medicine.Through the adjustment of the curriculum stan dard,integrating teaching contents,improving the construction of teaching bases and teachers,ability,and reforming educational methods and curriculum testing system,we will manage to build a teaching mode which has its core in aiming to cultivate clinical medicine majors competent enough to meet future job requirements.The whole system will target at promoting the education of clinical medicine able to meet the requirements of the accreditation,cultivating high-quality medical practitioners who are able to adapt to reforms in medicine and health system and its development.
