大学生状态—特质焦虑与应对方式的相关性研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Relationship between State-Trait Anxiety and Coping Style of College Students

摘要 目的:对大学生的焦虑与应对方式进行调查,探讨两者之间的相关程度.方法:采用状态-特质焦虑(STAI)和简易应对方式量表对327名大学生展开调查和统计分析.结果:大学生的性别在特质焦虑和积极应对方式上存在显著差异(p<0.01),都是女生得分高于男生,在状态焦虑和消极应对上性别差异不显著.大学生的专业、年级、生源地在状态焦虑、特质焦虑、积极应对方式和消极应对方式得分上都不存在显著差异.状态焦虑和特质焦虑得分与消极应对方式得分呈显著正相关(p<0.01),与积极应对方式得分呈显著负相关(p<0.01).结论:状态—特质焦虑与应对方式之间联系密切,焦虑水平较低的大学生更倾向于采取积极的应对方式.为提高大学生的心理素质、生活满意度和幸福感,可以从积极地采用合理的应对方式入手来应对应激状况、缓解焦虑并降低不良影响. Objective:To investigate the anxiety and coping styles of college students and explore the correlation between them.Methods:327 college students were investigated and analyzed by STAI and Simple Coping Style Scale.Result:There were significant differences in trait anxiety and positive coping style among college students(p<0.01).Both girls scored higher than boys,but there was no significant difference in state anxiety and negative coping style.There were no significant differences in the scores of state anxiety,trait anxiety,positive coping style and negative coping style among college students in their major,grade and origin.The scores of state anxiety and trait anxiety were positively correlated with the scores of negative coping styles(p<0.01),and negatively correlated with the scores of positive coping styles(p<0.01).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between state-trait anxiety and coping styles.College students with low anxiety level tend to adopt positive coping styles.In order to improve college students'psychological quality,life satisfaction and happiness,we can actively adopt reasonable coping styles to cope with stress,alleviate anxiety and reduce adverse effects.
