优质护理对腹膜透析患者依从性及并发症的影响研究

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Compliance and Complications of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的:探讨优质护理对腹膜透析患者依从性与并发症的影响.方法:选取2017年1月~2017年12月我院接受治疗并于出院后参加复检的腹膜透析患者60例,按照入院单双号顺序,分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理.比较两组依从性及并发症情况.结果:观察组依从性好比例70.00%(21/30)高于对照组43.33%(13/30),且并发症发生率6.67%(2/30)低于对照组26.67%(8/30),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优质护理可以显著提高腹膜透析患者依从性,提高护理质量并减少并发症发生,临床应用价值显著.

Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing on compliance and complications of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods:60 peritoneal dialysis patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 and participated in re-examination after discharge were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission single and double numbers.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received highquality nursing.Compliance and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was 70.00%(21/30)higher than 43.33%(13/30)of the control group,and the incidence of complications was 6.67%(2/30)lower than 26.67%(8/30)of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve the compliance of peritoneal dialysis patients,improve the quality of nursing and reduce complications.It has significant clinical application value.
