小剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效以及对妊娠结局的影响

Efficacy of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension and its effect on pregnancy outcome

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1~11月本院收治的妊娠期高血压患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分成观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者口服硝苯地平治疗,观察组患者口服硝苯地平及小剂量阿司匹林治疗。检测比较两组患者治疗前后的血压、24h尿蛋白水平及妊娠结局。结果治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、24h尿蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压及尿蛋白水平均显著降低,观察组的水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的妊娠不良结局发生率(4.44%)明显低于对照组(17.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压患者临床效果显著,可明显降低患者的血压、尿蛋白水平以及不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as the objects.They were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral nifedipine,whereas the observation group was treated with oral nifedipine combined with low-dose aspirin.The blood pressure,24 hours proteinuria level and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 hours proteinuria level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and proteinuria level were significantly decreased in both groups,and the levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.78%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of gestational hypertension has a significant clinical therapeutic effect,which can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients,urinary protein level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
