摘要
该文通过对电液流量伺服阀进行仿真分析、理论计算,揭示了伺服阀时域特性和频域特性之间的关系:包括谐振峰值和超调量之间的关系,上升时间和幅频宽之间的关系。只要测得阶跃响应曲线或幅频特性曲线中的一条,便可确定另一者特性。最后用实验进行了验证。
Through simulation analysis and theoretical calculation of electro-hydraulic flow servo valve,this paper reveals the relationship between time domain characteristics and frequency domain characteristics:including the relationship between resonance peak and overshoot,rise time and amplitude frequency.Finally,it was verified by experiments.
