摘要
该文通过研究分析目前升降工作台采用的手动液压系统原理,提出了升降工作台采用手动和电动双液压系统的方案,详细阐述了其液压原理和电气原理。该系统采用卸荷阀、安全阀、限位开关和熔断器保证了系统的安全性,采用控制箱面板控制和线控制的两种控制方式提高了系统的操作便捷性,有效地提高了升降工作台的性能。
This paper put forward a lifting platform using manual and electric dual hydraulic system scheme by research and analysis of the curren manual hydraulic system principle.Its hydraulic principle and electric principle are described in detail.The system adopts unloading valve,safty valve,limit switch and fuse to ensure the safety of the system.The system also adopts two control modes of control box panel control and line control to improve the operation convenience.The system is effectively improve performance of a lifting platform.
