一种清理伺服阀阀体节流边毛刺的方法 被引量:2

摘要 二维液压伺服阀出现了泄漏量严重超标,关键件阀体、阀芯报废率较高的现象,导致此现象的原因有两个,一是阀体节流边的毛刺未清理干净,阀体、阀芯配磨时径向配合间隙较大;二是阀体节流边的锐边被倒钝,两个原因最终归结为阀体节流边毛刺的清理问题,该文针对此问题改良清理毛刺工具,改进清理毛刺的工艺方法,不仅有效的提高二维液压伺服阀类产品的合格率,同时还可以将此方法推广应用到液压行业其它精密偶件上。 The leakage of two-dimensional hydraulic servo valve exceed the standard severely,and the rejection rate of the valve body and spool is high,there are two reasons for this phenomenon.One is that the burr on the restriction edge of the valve body is not cleaned up,and the fit clearance between the valve body and the spool is big when grinding,the other is that the burr on the restriction edge of the valve body is blunt,the two reasons ultimately boil down to the problem that the cleaning of the burr on the restriction edge.This paper improves the deburring tool and the deburring process,which not only effectively improves the qualified rate of two-dimensional hydraulic servo valve products,but also can be applied to other precision parts of hydraulic industry.
