基于产学研合作的产品设计专业应用型人才培养模式改革——以宁波财经学院产品设计专业为例

THE REFORM OF THE APPLICATION ORIENTED TALENT TRAINING MODE OF THE MAJOR OF PRODUCT DESIGN BASED ON INDUSTRY UNIVERSITY RESEARCH COOPERATION

为了使产品设计专业的学生更能适应市场需求。本文分析产品设计专业人才培养的现状,提出基于产学研合作的产品设计专业应用型人才培养模式改革在于明确本专业人才培养目标与规格的定位,制订突出应用实践能力的专业教学计划,改革以应用为向导的实践课程结构与内容,深化产教融合和“多师型”联合人才培养模式。基于上述的人才培养模式改革取得预期成效。此研究可以为应用型人才培养模式改革提供参考。

In order to make the students of product design more adapt to the market demand.This paper analyzed the status quo of the application-oriented talent training mode of the major of product design.It proposed that the reform of the application-oriented talent training mode of the major of product design based on industry-university-research cooperation depended on clarifying the positioning of the professional training objectives and specifications,developing a professional teaching plan that emphasizes the application of practical ability,reforming the structure and content of practical course using the application as the wizard,and deepening the fusion of production and education and the"multi-teacher"joint talent training model.Based on the above-mentioned talent training model reform,the expected results have been achieved.This research can provide a reference for the reform of applied talent training mode.
