摘要 针对大长径比铣刀在加工过程中的颤振现象,设计了一种基于颤振抑制机理的被动式阻尼动力减振铣刀。分别从试验模态、颤振稳定性、切削力和表面形貌等方面将其与普通实心铣刀进行对比试验,验证了其抗振性能。结果表明:减振铣刀与普通实心铣刀相比,模态参数得到优化,颤振幅值减小约35.3%,且在相同切削参数情况下切削力降低,加工工件的表面质量显著提高。 A passive damping dynamic anti-vibration milling cutter based on chatter suppression mechanism is designed for the chatter phenomenon of large aspect ratio milling cutter during machining.The experimental modal,cutting force and surface topography are compared with ordinary solid milling cutters to verify their anti-vibration performance.The experimental results show that compared with the ordinary solid milling cutter,the modal parameters are optimized,the amplitude of the chatter is reduced by about 35.3%,and the cutting force is reduced under the same cutting parameters,and the surface quality of the workpiece is significantly improved.
