摘要
基于个人-环境匹配理论,探究个人-团队匹配对员工的建言行为和对同事寻求反馈行为这两类员工主动行为的作用,并探讨了合作导向在其中发挥的调节作用。通过对245名团队成员的问卷调查数据进行分析发现:1)个人-团队匹配对建言行为和向同事寻求反馈行为均有显著正向影响;2)合作导向正向调节个人-团队匹配与建言行为的关系;3)合作导向在个人-团队匹配和向同事寻求反馈行为之间的调节作用不显著。
Based on person-environment fit theory,this paper explores the impact of person-group fit on employees’voice behavior and the behavior of seeking feedback from colleagues,and also discusses the moderating effect of cooperative orientation.Through analyzing the questionnaire survey data of 245 team members,this paper finds that,first,person-group fit has a marked positive impact on both behaviors:second,cooperative orientation positively regulates the relationship between person-group fit and voice behavior;and third,cooperative orientation has no significant moderating effect between person-group fit and the behavior of seeking feedback from colleagues.
