民族档案文化与档案课程整合研究

Research on the Integration of Ethnic Archival Culture and Archival Courses

在多元文化教育理念下,实施多元文化整合档案课程是必要且可行的。本文在探讨民族档案文化与档案课程整合的目的、意义、理论方法的基础上,对整合的方式和途径提出了几点设想:发掘利用民族档案文化资源,构建民族地区档案课程的开发模式,探索民族档案文化进入课堂教学的策略,加强多元文化整合档案课程的研究,开展民族档案文化与档案课程整合的教学实践活动。

Under the idea of multicultural education,it is necessary and feasible to implement the multicultural integration archival courses.On the basis of discussing the purpose,significance,theory and methods of integration of ethnic archival culture and archival courses,this paper puts forward some ideas on the ways and means of integration:developing and utilizing the ethnic archival culture resources,constructing development model of the archival courses in ethnic regions,exploring the strategies of introducing ethnic archival culture into classroom teaching,strengthening research on the multicultural integration archival course,and developing the teaching practice of integrating ethnic archival culture and archives courses.
