退伍军人档案管理现状调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Veteran Archives Management in China

军人为国家的国防建设和社会主义现代化建设作出了重要贡献,是维护国家安全和稳定,保护人民群众安居乐业的重要力量。在退伍军人的安置和安抚工作中,退伍军人档案能够发挥重要的凭证作用。因此,做好退伍军人安置工作的前提是管理好退伍军人的档案。在总结了扬州市退伍军人档案管理现状的基础上,调查其存在的问题并分析产生问题的原因,最后提出相应建议。

Soldiers have made important contributions to national defense and socialist modernization construction,and are an important force to safeguard national security and stability and to protect people's lives and work in peace and contentment.In the resettlement and reassurance work of veterans,veteran archives can play an important role as evidence.Therefore,the precondition for the resettlement of veterans is to manage the veteran archives well.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of veteran archives management in Yangzhou,this paper investigates the existing problems and analyses the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions.
