职业院校“1+X”证书制度实施策略研究 被引量:73

摘要 教育部大力推进职业教育改革,"1+X"证书制度是其中一项重要改革举措。"1+X"证书制度与"双证书"制度有相同点,但是差异更大,其实施也面临诸多困难。针对"1+X"证书制度改革,除了国家给予政策指引与导向外,需要职业院校、技能鉴定机构、行业企业等从人才培养方案、课程设计、师资培育、技能鉴定条件、学生考核机制等多方面具体落实。 The Ministry of Education vigorously promotes the reform of vocational education, one of which is the"1+X"certificate system. The"1+X"certificate system has something in common with the"double certificate"system, but the difference is greater, and its implementation also faces many difficulties. In view of the reform of the"1+X"certificate system, besides the policy guidance and orientation given by the government, vocational colleges, skill appraisal institutions and industry enterprises need implemented the specific reform measures from the aspects of personnel training program, curriculum design, teacher training, skill appraisal conditions, student assessment mechanism, and so on.
