新时代金融高职教育高质量发展的路径探索 被引量:14

摘要 新时代金融业态和金融科技的发展变迁为金融高职教育带来新的挑战。高职教育发展理念和总体布局相对粗放、体制机制不够完善,高职院校办学特色不明、能力滞后,以及金融产业特征决定的在产教融合校企合作方面的相对保守性,是金融高职教育发展不平衡不充分问题的主要原因。新时代金融高职教育应以深化供给侧结构性改革为主线,推动高质量发展,逐步建立以本科为主、纵向递进的学历层次结构,优化院校、专业布局,积极鼓励和支持金融企业办学,突出办学特色,深化产教融合,实现转型升级。 The development and changes of financial industry as well as financial science and technology in the new era bring new challenges for development of financial higher vocational education in the new era. The main reasons for the insufficient development of financial higher vocational education are the relatively extensive development concept and overall layout of higher vocational education, the imperfect system and mechanism, the unclear characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the lagging ability, and the relative conservatism in the integration of industry and education with school-enterprise cooperation determined by the characteristics of financial industry. In the new era, financial higher vocational education should take deepening the supply-side structural reform as the main line to promote high-quality development, so as to gradually establish a gradual undergraduate-based and progressive academic level structure, optimize the layouts among colleges and among specialties;to actively encourage and support financial enterprises to run schools, highlight the characteristics of running schools, deepen the integration of industry and education, so as to achieve the transformation and upgrading.
