摘要
企业的积极参与是现代学徒制有效开展的核心,而我国企业参与学徒培训的积极性不高,校企合作一直无法深入开展,其根本原因就是企业无法从合作中获益。德国、奥地利和澳大利亚等国家有着悠久的企业参与职业教育的历史,他们运用财政性激励政策以及非财政性激励政策等多种手段,保障企业参与学徒培训的利益,提高企业参与职业教育的积极性。借鉴其经验,我国也应从政策法规、财政支持、提高教学质量、创新校企合作方式等方面入手,激励我国企业参与职业教育与培训。
The active participation of enterprises is the core of the effective development of modern apprenticeship, but the enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises to participate in apprenticeship training is not high, the school-enterprise cooperation has been unable to carry out in depth. The fundamental reason is that enterprises can not benefit from cooperation. Germany, Austria and Australia have a long history of enterprises participating in vocational education. They use financial incentive policy and non-financial incentive policy to protect the interests of enterprises participating in apprenticeship training and improve the enthusiasm of enterprises participating in vocational education. Drawing lessons from their experience, China should also start with policies and regulations, financial support, teaching quality and cooperation methods to encourage enterprises to participate in vocational education and training.
