自噬在脑出血中的作用及针刺调节机制研究探析

Effect of Autophagy and Acupuncture Treatment Advances in Treating Cerebral Hemorrhage

自噬是一种溶酶体参与的细胞代谢途径,涉及错误蛋白降解和清除、有缺陷的细胞器周转和细胞重构。研究表明脑出血后脑组织存在明显自噬现象。因此如何积极控制自噬体数量、调节自噬过程,可能对治疗脑出血、保护受损神经元具有十分关键的意义。本研究主要从自噬的分子调控机制、脑出血中影响自噬发生的主要因素、自噬在脑出血中的双向调节作用及针刺对脑出血中自噬作用的影响进行研究,并对针刺治疗脑出血的前景进行展望,为临床脑出血防治措施的突破性进展奠定基础。

Autophagy is a lysosomal involved cellular metabolic pathway that involves the degradation and clearance of faulty proteins,defective organelle turnover,and cellular remodeling.Studies have shown that there is obvious autophagy in brain tissue after cerebral hemorrhage.Therefore,how to actively control the number of autophagosomes and regulate the autophagy process will be of significance for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and the protection of damaged neurons.This study reviewed the molecular regulation mechanism of autophagy,the main factors affecting the occurrence of autophagy,the bidirectional regulation effect of autophagy in cerebral hemorrhage and the effect of acupuncture on autophagy in cerebral hemorrhage.It also prospected acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
