针刺高敏化穴治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Observation of Needling High-Sensitized Acupoints in Treating KOA

目的:观察针刺高敏化穴治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组用高敏化穴,对照组用低敏化穴,观察患者WOMAC得分、膝关节活动度、患者痛阈值、白细胞介素-1(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量的变化。结果:两组患者治疗2周、治疗4周后WOMAC得分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者膝关节活动度治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗4周后痛阈值组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组痛阈值下降更明显;两组治疗后血清IL-1β及TNF-α与同组治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺高敏化穴治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,值得临床应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needling high-sensitized acupoints in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:60 KOA patients were randomized into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was intervened by needling high-sensitized acupoints,whereas the control group was intervened by needling low-sensitized acupoints.The WOMAC scores,range of knee motion,threshold of pain,as well as the contents of IL-1βand TNF-αwere observed before and after the intervention in the two groups.Results:There was a significant difference in WOMAC scores after two-week and four-week interventions in the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group has better advantages in knee function compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the threshold of pain between the two groups before the treatment;after four-week intervention,the difference was significant(P<0.05);and the decrease of the threshold of pain was more obvious in the treatment group.The serum levels of IL-1βand TNF-αwere decreased significantly after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling high-sensitized acupoints is effective for KOA,which is worthy of clinical application.
