快刺液门、阴谷穴治疗交感神经型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Observation of Fast Needling SJ2 and KI10 in Treating Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察快刺液门、阴谷结合常规针刺治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将52例交感神经型颈椎病患者随机分成快刺组和常规针刺组,各26例。常规针刺组为针刺颈夹脊穴,快刺组在针刺颈夹脊穴的基础上,快刺液门、阴谷穴,6次为1个疗程,均治疗两个疗程后观察疗效。观察治疗前后患者的疼痛评分及证候评分,并比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者经治疗后疼痛评分及证候积分均有改善(均P<0.05),且快刺组较常规针刺组更佳;快刺组总有效率为96.15%(25/26),常规针刺组总有效率为73.08%(19/26),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),快刺组疗效优于常规针刺组。结论:快刺液门、阴谷配合常规针刺颈夹脊穴治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效优于常规针刺颈夹脊穴,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of fast needling point SJ2 and point KI10 combined with routine acupuncture in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods:52 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomized into the fast acupuncture group(n=26)and the routine acupuncture group(n=26).The routine acupuncture group were treated with needling Jiaji points around neck;on which basis,the fast acupuncture group was also treated with fast needling point SJ2 and point KI10.Six times were taken as a course and the treatment duration was 2 courses.NRS scores and symptom scores were observed to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:NRS scores and symptom scores were both improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements of the quick acupuncture group was more significant.The total effective rate was 96.15%(25/26)in the quick acupuncture group,which was significantly higher than 73.08%(19/26)in the routine acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quick needling SJ2 and KI10 combined with conventional needling Jiaji points around neck is superior to single conventional needling in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
