摘要
近年来,中医药被广泛应用于辅助生殖领域,针刺疗法也参与到体外受精-胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)中,明显提高了试管婴儿的成功率。本研究通过关键词检索,收集、整理和归纳2008-2018年间中国知网收录的针刺疗法参与IVF-ET技术的相关文献资料,从单纯针刺对女性生殖的作用、针刺疗法与中药和理疗的联合应用、针刺的时间和选穴特点以及现阶段针刺疗法存在的不足与展望等方面作一综述。
In recent years,TCM therapies have been widely used in the field of assisted reproduction. Acupuncture therapy assisting in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technology( IVF-ET),has been significantly improving the success rate of IVF. This study collected the related literature of acupuncture assisting in IVF-ET included in CNKI from 2008 to 2018,making a comprehensive review from the function of simple acupuncture in the female reproductive,joint application of acupuncture therapy with TCM medication and physical therapy,the characteristic needling time and selected point,and the existing shortcomings and outlook of the current acupuncture therapies.
