摘要
目的:减少医保患者在门诊就诊和缴费过程中,往返于临床科室和财务结算窗口的次数,使其能真正享受预付费模式所带来的便捷。方法:优化门诊就医流程,将就诊卡与医保卡合二为一,形成医院"一卡通",同时在各临床科室外配备的自助机上提供自助缴费功能。结果:患者在门诊就诊过程中排队等待时间有效减少。结论:通过实施基于医保卡自助缴费的门诊就医流程再造,能极大方便患者的就医与缴费,提升医院整体服务水平。
Objective: To reduce the times patients plying between clinical departments and financial service windows during the whole treating process in hospital, so they can truly enjoy the expedience brought by prepaid. Methods: Optimizing the outpatient treatment process, combining the hospital card with the medicare card to form a one all-purpose card, meanwhile, equipping the self-service machines outside the clinical departments with self-assistant payment function. Results: Waiting time can be effectively reduced. Conclusion: Through the implementation of outpatient process reengineering based on medicare card self-assistant payment, it can bring much convenient to patients’ treatment and payment, and improve the overall level of hospital service.
