人用狂犬病疫苗接种管理系统的设计及应用

Design and Application of the Vaccination Management System of Radies Vaccine for Human Use

目的:根据人用狂犬病疫苗的特性,结合HIS,实现动物致伤患者的疫苗接种信息化管理。方法:通过对动物致伤患者诊治、疫苗接种流程的分析,采用PowerBuilder 9.0的开发工具及Oracle 10.2g的数据库,运用面向对象的设计思想,实现人用狂犬病疫苗接种的信息化管理,并达到系统的可靠性、扩展性、重用性以及安全性的要求。结果:该系统实现了动物致伤患者从医生接诊,到人用狂犬病疫苗登记及接种等全流程的信息化管理。结论:该系统的设计与实现,为患者、医生提供了便利,流程清晰、操作快捷,规范化的电子信息,不仅提高了患者疫苗接种的及时性和有效性,而且还减少了疫苗接种的差错率。

Objective: According to the characteristics of human rabies vaccine, combined with HIS, the information management of vaccine inoculation of patients with animal injuries is realized. Methods: Through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with injuries to animals, vaccination process analysis, using PowerBuilder 9.0 development tools and Oracle 10.2 g database, object-oriented design ideas, realize the information management of rabies vaccination, and achieve the reliability, extensibility, reusability and safety requirements of the system. Results: The system realizes the information management of the whole process of animal injury patients from doctors to people with rabies vaccine registration, inoculation and so on. Conclusion: The design and implementation of the system, provides the convenience for patients and doctors, process clear and quick operation, standardization of electronic information, not only improves the timeliness and effectiveness of vaccination in patients with, but also reduce the error rate of vaccination.
