摘要
目的:实现对院内医疗废物的全程跟踪管理,特别是条件苛刻、无网络信号覆盖的场景仍可使用本移动终端系统先行对医疗废物进行离线回收登记,解决其他系统对网络基础条件过渡依赖的问题。方法:借助条码技术对废物进行唯一标识、利用移动终端对医疗废物处理的各个环节进行数据采集,通过WebService技术实现移动终端与服务端数据的互联互通,实现医疗废物信息的系统化管理。结果:回收人员手持PDA即可在各业务科室现场完成医疗废物信息的实时采集与核对工作。结论:移动终端医疗废物追溯系统的实现,提高了医疗废物回收的工作效率,方便医疗废物的信息化管理及后期追溯,特别是实现了医疗废物在线和离线回收全场景应用。
Objective: To realize the whole process tracking management of medical waste in hospitals, especially in the scenes with harsh conditions and no network signal coverage, the mobile terminal system can still use the mobile terminal system to directly recycle and register medical waste, and solve the problem that other systems rely on the network infrastructure conditions. Methods: Barcode technology is used to uniquely identify wastes, use mobile terminals to collect data from all aspects of medical waste treatment, and realize the interconnection and communication between mobile terminals and server data through WebService technology to realize systematic management of medical waste information. Results: The recycling personnel can complete the real-time collection and verification of medical waste information on the site of each business department with the PDA. Conclusion: The realization of mobile terminal medical waste traceability system has improved the efficiency of medical waste recycling, facilitated the information management and tracing of medical waste, especially the full-field application of medical waste online and offline.
