摘要
目的:分析如何加强以云计算、大数据和智能传感技术等为代表的新一代信息技术与临床医学教育融合,以此探索改善我国省属高等医学院校在基层医学人才培养过程中所面临生师比高、教学资源严重不足困境的途径。方法:2016年底贵州医科大学建成国内首个智能型临床技能中心并投入使用,引入智慧医学教育理念并形成一整套完整的智慧医学教育、管理模式与体系。结果:基于智慧医学教育理念的智能临床技能教学是切实可行的基层医学人才实践教学培养方式并已初见成效。结论:智能型临床技能中心的设计与实现具有前瞻性、可行性和推广意义。
Objective: Discussing how to strengthen the fusion of the new generation of information technology represented by cloud computing, big data and intelligent sensing technology and clinical medicine education. Therefore, exploring ways to improve the situation that provincial medical colleges and universities in China are being faced with high ratio of students to teachers and serious shortage of teaching resources in the training process of grassroots medical students. Methods: The first intelligent clinical skill training center has been put into use at the end of 2016. And the concept of intelligent medical education is introduced and a complete set of education, management mode and system of it is formed. Results: Intelligent clinical skill teaching based on this concept is a practical training method for grassroots medical students and has achieved initial results. Conclusion: The design and implementation of the intelligent clinical skill training center is prospective, feasible and meaningful.
