乡村振兴战略背景下精准脱贫长效可持续对策研究

Sustainable Policy of Precise Poverty Eradication Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

目前我国处于脱贫攻坚战的决战阶段与乡村振兴战略开局阶段,打赢精准脱贫攻坚战和实施乡村振兴战略对我国实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标意义重大。针对目前制约我国乡村振兴战略下精准脱贫长效可持续发展的若干问题,提出加强对老病残人口社会救助、加强对“等靠要”人员思想教育、加强对贫困人口文化素质和劳动技能培训、加强对精准扶贫产业研究与开发、加强农村基础设施和公共服务设施改善等对策。

At present,China is in the final stage of the fight against poverty and the beginning of the rural revitalization strategy.Winning the battle of the precision poverty eradication and the rural revitalization are of great significance for China to achieve"the Two Centenary Goals.This paper expounds the connotations of precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Aiming at the long-term sustainable development of China's rural strategy,the paper proposed to strengthen social assistance for the elderly and the disabled andimprove the ideological education of"waiting for the people".The cultural quality and skills training for the poor,the improvement of rural infrastructure and public service facilities are also dicussed in the paper.
