移动用户目标系统网络架构及性能分析

摘要 移动用户目标系统(Mobile User Objective System,MUOS)是美军新一代战术卫星通信系统,用于替代UHF频段后继星系统(UHF Follow-on,UFO)。介绍了移动用户目标系统的网络架构、系统组成和空中接口等,对其星上载荷、通信链路、业务流程和通信容量等进行了详细分析。通过对比核算,MUOS系统提供的容量是UFO系统的16倍。对移动用户目标系统的发展现状进行了分析。最后通过总结MUOS的特点说明了对我国发展卫星移动系统的有益启示。 Mobile User Objective System(MUOS),which will replace UHF Follow-on(UFO)communication system,is a new generation tactical satellite communication system of US Army.The network architecture,system composition and air interface is overviewed,and many key system aspects including the payload design,communication link,operation flow,and traffic capacity are discussed in particular.Compared with UHF-Follow-On system,the capacity of MUOS is 16 times of that of UFO.The present development of MUOS is analyzed in detail.Finally,the features of MUOS are summarized and some references are provided for development of mobile satellite communication in China.
