摘要
介绍了一种EHF频段隔板圆极化器的设计原理、设计步骤和实现工艺,器件应用于Ka/EHF双频馈源网络中,回波损耗小于-21.8 dB,端口隔离度小于-22 dB,相位差90°±3°。设计过程中隔板的核心参数由全波优化方法确定,敏感参数由容差分析方法确定,精密电铸和真空焊接工艺方法被用于加工。仿真结果和实测结果吻合较好,验证了隔板圆极化器的设计方法与加工工艺方法的正确性与有效性。
The design principle,design procedure and fabrication technology of an EHF septum polarizer are presented.This dual-band feed network operates in Ka/EHF-band.Its return loss is less than-21.8 dB,the isolation at the input ports is less than-22 dB,and the phase error is 90°±3°.In the design process of the EHF septum,the structure parameters are determined by the full wave optimization method,the sensitive parameters are determined by the tolerance analysis method.The septum is fabricated by using electroforming and vacuum welding techniques.The experimental results show very good consistency with the predicted results,which validates the correctness and effectiveness of the design method and the fabrication technology.
