营养干预对改善食管癌同步放化疗患者营养状况的价值分析 被引量:3

Value Analysis of Nutritional Intervention for Improving Nutritional Status of Patients with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Esophageal Cancer

摘要 目的探究营养干预对改善食管癌同步放化疗患者营养状况的价值分析。方法随机抽取2016年1月-2019年5月于该院治疗的同步放化疗的食管癌患者共计30例,将其分成两组,其中营养干预组15例、对照组15例。对照组采取自主进食的方式,不进行额外的营养干预;营养干预组根据医嘱进行规律的营养摄入。比较两组患者营养指标、不良反应率及满意率。结果经治疗后,营养干预组患者BMI(22.4±1.4) kg/m^2、血红蛋白(130.4±5.3)g/L、白蛋白(54.4±6.3)g/L和红细胞计数的计数值(6.4±0.3)109/L与对照组患者BMI(17.4±1.3) kg/m^2、血红蛋白(104.4±7.3)g/L、白蛋白(34.4±5.3)g/L和红细胞计数的计数值(4.4±0.1)109/L比较,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.414、15.220、3.252、27.394,P<0.05);营养干预组患者不良反应率6.7%明显低于对照组患者不良反应率26.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.220,P<0.05);营养干预组患者总满意率93.3%高于对照组总满意率73.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.220,P<0.05)。结论营养干预对改善食管癌同步放化疗患者营养状况,对于完成治疗保证疗效具有重要的价值。 Objective To investigate the value of nutritional intervention in improving the nutritional status of patients with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 30 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, including 15 in the nutritional intervention group and 15 in the control group. The control group adopted the method of self-feeding, and did not engage in additional nutritional intervention;the nutritional intervention group performed regular nutrient intake according to the doctor’s advice. The nutritional indicators, adverse reaction rates, and satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the BMI(22.4±1.4) kg/m^2, hemoglobin(130.4±5.3) g/L, albumin(54.4±6.3) g/L and the count of red blood cell count(6.4±0.3)109/L in the nutritional intervention group and control group BMI(17.4±1.3) kg/m^2, hemoglobin(104.4±7.3)g/L, albumin(34.4±5.3)g/L and the count of red blood cell count of(4.4±0.1)109/L was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.414, 15.220, 3.252, 27.394, P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate was 6.7% in the nutrition intervention group. The adverse reaction rate was 26.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.220, P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the nutritional intervention group was 93.3% higher than the control group’s total satisfaction rate of 73.3%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.220, P<0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention has important value in improving the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
