摘要
目的探讨对老年开腹手术患者分别实施腰硬联合麻醉以及全身麻醉后对其认知功能以及感染产生的影响。方法于2017年5月-2019年1月选择该院收治的111例老年开腹手术患者作为实验对象;每组56例,比照组选择全身麻醉方法配合开腹手术治疗;实验组选择腰硬联合麻醉方法配合开腹手术治疗;比较两组老年开腹手术患者麻醉结果差异。结果实验组手术后HR水平为(79.11±4.17)次/min,MAP水平为(97.73±6.35)mmHg,SpO2水平为(97.85±0.82)%,手术后5 min,实验组老年开腹手术患者HR水平、MAP水平低于比照组明显,差异有统计学意义(t=23.662、11.101, P<0.05),手术后,实验组老年开腹手术患者MMSE评分高于比照组明显,差异有统计学意义(t=4.951,P<0.05)。结论临床选择腰硬联合麻醉方法配合完成老年开腹手术治疗,同全麻比较,效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia on cognitive function and infection in elderly patients undergoing laparotomy. Methods A total of 111 elderly patients undergoing laparotomy from May 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the hospital. Each group of 56 patients underwent general anesthesia combined with open surgery. The experimental group chose combined spinal and epidural anesthesia combined with open surgery. There were differences in anesthesia results between the two groups of elderly patients undergoing open surgery. Results The HR level of the experimental group was(79.11±4.17) times/min, the MAP level was(97.73±6.35) mmHg, and the SpO2 level was(97.85±0.82)%. 5 min after surgery, the HR level and MAP level of the elderly patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(t=23.662,11.101, P<0.05). After the operation, the experimental group was opened for the elderly. The MMSE score of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences was statistically significant(t=4.951,P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical choice of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia combined with the completion of laparotomy for the elderly, compared with general anesthesia, the effect is significant, worthy of application.
