心理护理对四肢骨折患者疼痛及治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Pain and Treatment Compliance in Patients with Limb Fracture

目的分析四肢骨折患者辅以心理护理干预对疼痛及治疗依从性的影响。方法该次选择2015年1月-2019年4月该院收治四肢骨折患者62例为研究对象,参照计算机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者单纯辅以常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上辅以心理护理干预,评估并比较两组患者护理前后疼痛评分及心态变化,记录并计算各组患者治疗依从性情况。结果观察、对照两组患者未实施护理干预前疼痛评分、心态评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理干预后,观察组SAS评分(3.56±0.15)分、SDS评分(3.41±0.13)分、VAS评分(3.42±0.33)分均明显低于对照组(t=17.79、17.92、15.25,P<0.05)。另外观察组患者治疗依从性(96.77%)较对照组相比更佳(χ^2=7.63,P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折患者辅以心理护理能够一定程度降低患者痛楚,提高治疗依从性,值得临床应用并大力推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of psychological nursing intervention on pain and treatment compliance in patients with limb fractures. Methods From January 2015 to April 2019, 62 patients with limb fractures in the hospital were selected as subjects. The results of computer sampling were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was supplemented with routine nursing intervention. Observation group, on this basis of the control group,the patients were supplemented with psychological nursing intervention to evaluate and compare the pain scores and mental changes of the two groups before and after treatment, and record and calculate the treatment compliance of each group. Results There were no significant differences in pain scores and mental scores between the two groups before the nursing intervention.The differents was no statistically significant(P>0.05) After the nursing intervention, the SAS scores(3.56±0.15)points, SDS scores(3.41±0.13)points, and VAS scores(3.42±0.33)points were observed in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(t=17.79, 17.92, 15.25, P<0.05). In addition, the treatment compliance(96.77%) was better in the observation group than in the control group(χ^2=7.63, P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with limb fractures supplemented with psychological nursing can reduce the pain of patients and improve the compliance of treatment. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
