重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗黄褐斑30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 30 Melasmas by Topical Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel

目的评价重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的60例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组外用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,对照组外用氢醌乳膏,两组患者同时口服维生素C和维生素E,疗程为3个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效和满意度。结果治疗组有效率为56.67%,对照组为60.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者MA-SI、MELASQOL评分和满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论局部应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶是一种治疗黄褐斑的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of topical recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)in the treatment of melasma.Methods A total of 60 cases were recruited for the study and randomly divided into two groups.Treating group treated with rhEGF gel(n=30);control group treated with hydroquinone cream(n=30).Patients in both groups received oral Vitamin C and Vitamin E.All patients received 12 weeks of treatment.The effective rate and satisfaction rate were observed and recorded.Results The effective rate in treating group was 56.67%,and in control group was 60.00%.There was no statistically significantly difference(P>0.05).The MASI and MELASQOL scores of the treating group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Patients were more satisfied with the treatment of topical rhEGF gel(P<0.05).Conclusion Topical rhEGF gel is one of the effective methods for the treatment of melasma.
