二级医院医务人员科研现状调查

Investigation and Countermeasure Research of Medical Staff in Secondary Hospitals

目的通过研究了解二级医院医务人员的科研能力、现状及影响因素,并提出有效的对策。方法采用自主设计的调查问卷,对无锡市10家二级医院医务人员的科研情况进行调查。结果二级医院医务人员承担的课题级别主要是市局级(55.5%)和院校级(32.5%);医务人员参与国内学术会议次数明显高于国际性学术会议(P<0.05);47.32%科研成果是一般论文;日常工作繁重(90.5%)和缺乏实验室条件(67.5%)是影响科研项目进展的主要因素。结论二级医院医务人员科研基础薄弱,提高对科研重要性的认识,建立健全科研管理制度,加大科研投入,注重人才培养和引进,对提升二级医院医务人员的科研水平具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the scientific research ability,current situation and influencing factors of medical staff in secondary hospitals through this study,and to put forward effective countermeasures.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the scientific research of medical staff in 10 secondary hospitals in Wuxi.Results Medical staff in the second-level hospitals were mainly at the municipal level(55.5%)and the university level(32.5%);the number of medical staff participating in domestic academic conferences was significantly higher than that of international academic conferences(P<0.05);47.32%of scientific research achievements were general papers;heavy daily work(90.5%)and lack of laboratory conditions(67.5%)were the main factors affecting the progress of scientific research projects.Conclusion The foundation of scientific research of medical staff in secondary hospitals is weak.It is of great significance to improve the level of scientific research of medical staff in secondary hospitals by improving the understanding of the importance of scientific research,establishing and perfecting scientific research management system,increasing scientific research investment and paying attention to personnel training and introduction.
