摘要
目的以上海市浦东新区二级、三级各一家中医医院的科研管理现状进行对比分析,并探讨二级医院发展方向,为我国各级中医医院科研管理的发展提供参考依据。方法分为线上、线下两种方式,包括查阅医院官方网站、查阅文献、访谈知情人等。结果对比二级、三级中医院在科研定位与条件、机构设置及人员分析、管理制度、信息化建设、科研平台建设、科研成果、对外宣传这七个方面的情况。其中,差距最明显的是科研定位与条件、科研平台建设、科研成果这三个方面。结论科研硬件条件导致的科研成果差距需要二级中医院扬长避短,寻找最合适的科研工作发展之路。
Objective To compare the current situation of scientific research management of secondary and tertiary Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals in Pudong New Area,Shanghai and to explore the direction of developing secondary hospitals so as to provide reference for the development of scientific research management of TCM hospitals in China.Methods The official website of the hospital and literature were consulted,and insiders were interviewed.Results The comparison of aspects of secondary and tertiary TCM hospitals showed the most obvious gap was the orientation,conditions,platforms and achievements of scientific research.Conclusion Secondary TCM hospitals should develop the advantages and avoid the disadvantages to find the appropriate way to fill in the gap.
