五行音乐疗法治疗卒中后抑郁的研究进展

Research Progress of Five Elements Music Therapy in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

卒中后抑郁(PSD)是卒中患者常见并发症之一,其与卒中事件相关,属于情感障碍性疾病,主要发生于卒中后3~6个月。目前,PSD的治疗方法主要包括药物疗法及非药物疗法,其中药物疗法依赖性强、患者经济负担较重,非药物疗法可避免口服抗抑郁药物的依赖性及对胃肠道的刺激、易被患者接受。五行音乐疗法属于非药物疗法,其以"五脏相音"理论为基础,并根据辨证结果选曲治疗PSD,针对性较强。本文主要综述了五行音乐疗法治疗PSD的研究进展,以期为临床有效治疗PSD提供参考。

Post-stroke depression(PSD)is one of common complications in stroke patients that related to stroke events,which belongs to emotional disorders and mainly occurs within 3 to 6 months after stroke.Drug therapy and non-drug therapy are the main therapeutic methods of PSD at present,thereinto dependence of drug therapy is strong and patients’economical burden is heavy,however non-drug therapy may avoid the dependence of oral antidepressants and gastrointestinal stimulation,which is easily accepted.Five elements music therapy,as non-drug therapy,is based on the theory of"the five internal organs phase sound"and highly targeted by selecting songs according to syndrome differentiation results.This paper reviewed the research progress of Five elements music therapy in the treatment of PSD,in order to provide a reference for effective treatment of PSD on clinic.
