基于OPC技术的合金投料管理信息系统设计

Design of Alloy Feeding Management Information System Based on OPC Technology

针对电炉炼钢冶炼工艺过程采集和管理合金物料信息的需要,研究设计了基于OPC技术和PLC技术的合金投料管理信息系统。介绍了该系统具备的功能和涉及的关键技术。上线运行结果表明,该系统能够完成合金物料成分管理、料仓管理、上料管理和投料管理等功能,实现对精炼炉合金投料过程的高精度动态控制,有效提高合金加料精度,保证钢水质量的稳定性。

In order to collect and manage the alloy material information in the process of EAF steelmaking and smelting,the alloy feeding management information system based on OPC technology and PLC technology is designed.The functions and key technologies involved in the system are introduced.The result of the on-line operation shows that this system has implemented the functions of alloy material composition management,warehouse management,loading management and feeding management,realizing the high-precision dynamic control during the refining furnace alloy feeding process.The system can effectively improve the accuracy of alloy feeding and ensure the stability of molten steel quality.
