摘要
运用旋蒸法制备系列Cu ZSM-5催化剂,测试比较以不同前驱体和不同的铜负载量、离子交换时间制备的催化剂的SCR性能。实验结果表明,以硝酸铜为前驱体、铜负载量为3%、离子交换时间为24 h制备的催化剂具有相对最佳的SCR性能,在225~425℃的温度区间内,NOx转化率在90%以上。不同交换时间制备的催化剂对ZSM-5分子筛内部结构的影响不明显。在离子交换时间为24 h条件下制备的催化剂,具有相对更为优异的氧化还原性能。
A series of Cu/ZSM-5 catalysts are prepared by rotary evaporation method. The SCR properties of catalysts prepared with different precursors and different Cu loadings and ion exchange times are compared. The experimental results show that the catalyst prepared with copper nitrate as precursor,Cu loading of 3% and ion exchange time of 24 h has relatively best SCR performance. The NOx conversion rate is above 90% in the temperature range of 225-425 °C. The catalyst prepared at different exchange times had no obvious effect on the internal structure of ZSM-5 zeolite. The catalyst prepared under the ion exchange time of 24 h has relatively superior redox performance.
