摘要
GB/T 21563—2018《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》修改采用IEC 61373:2010《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》,同时引用了IEC 61373:1999《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》中的加速度比例系数,即GB/T 21563—2018中有2种模拟长寿命振动试验量级,执行标准时需要根据实际情况裁剪使用加速度比例系数。通过梳理动车组、机车、客车、货车及地铁车辆等相关标准中引用冲击和振动试验标准的情况,分析试验频率、加速度有效值等易引起争议的参数,为用户、制造商及试验机构编制冲击和振动试验大纲提供参考。
The revised GB/T 21563—2018 Railway applications-Rolling stock equipment-shock and vibration tests adopts IEC 61373:2010 Railway applications-Rolling stock equipment-shock and vibration tests and quotes the accel eration proportional coefficient in IEC 61373:1999 Railway applications-Rolling stock equipment-shock and vibra tion tests.There are two kinds of simulated long-life vibration test magnitude in GB/T 21563—2018.When imple menting the standard,the acceleration proportional coefficient should be verified according to the actual situation.By sorting out the situation of using shock and vibration test standards in relevant standards such as EMUs,locomotives,passenger cars,freight cars and metro vehicles,the controversial parameters such as test frequency and acceleration effective value are analyzed,which can provide reference for users,manufacturers and test institutions to compile shock and vibration test outlines.
