机车车辆轮对内距尺校准结果不确定度评定

Evaluation of the Uncertainty in Wheelset Internal Gauge Calibration

轮对内距尺是测量铁路机车车辆轮对内侧距离的专用计量器具,测量范围为1345 mm^1365 mm。使用时将定位钩放在车轮轮缘上,内距尺的固定测头和活动测头分别靠在被测车轮内侧,寻找读数拐点,读数最小值则为轮对内距值。使用专用检具对轮对内距尺校准,并对测量结果开展不确定度评定,以给出车辆轮对内距测量值的可信程度。

The internal distance gauge of wheelset is a special measuring instrument for internal distance of railway rolling stock wheelset,and the measuring range is 1345 mm^1365 mm.Put the positioning hook on the wheel rim when using,and the fixed and movable measuring heads of the gauge are respectively on the inside of the measured wheel to find the turning point of the reading,that is,the minimum reading value is the internal distance value of the wheelset.The special gauge is used to calibrate the wheelset internal distance gauge and evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results,so as to give the credibility of the measurement value.
