摘要
CATIA作为一款通用的工业设计软件,在制造行业得到广泛应用。随着V6版本相比V5版本结构模型转换FEM平面单元的能力得到进一步提升,CATIA已能实现船体结构模型直接生成有限元网格。通过深入应用CATIAV6,依靠其强大的三维建模功能极大地减少船体结构划分有限元网格的工时;利用关联设计复用以往模型能进一步提高FEM模型的生成效率,甚至能为实现船舶结构设计CAD/CAE一体化目标提供可行的研究路径。通过分析CATIA软件生成有限元网格机制,结合船舶结构有限元分析对生成网格的要求,确定具有实践性的结构建模和网格划分方法。通过实践案例对该方法的有效性进行验证,结合网格质量检查和优劣性分析,基于CATIA平台为船舶结构快速生成有限元网格提供一种较为高效的方法。
As general industrial design software, CATIA has been widely used in many manufacturing industries. With the Ver.6 compared to the Ver.5, the ability to convert structural models into finite element meshes is further enhanced. CATIA has been able to quickly generate finite element mesh for hull structure model. Through in-depth application of CATIA Ver.6, relying on its powerful 3D modeling function, it can effectively reduce the working hours of the finite element meshing of the hull structure. Also, reuse of past models by associative design can further improve the efficiency of FEM generation. It can even provide a feasible research path to the realization of integration of CAD/CAE. Through analyzing the mechanism of FEM generation by CATIA, combined with the requirements of the finite element analysis of ship structure on the grid generation, the practical method of structural modeling and mesh generation are determined. The effectiveness of the method is verified by practice cases, combined with grid quality check and advantage and disadvantage analysis, a method of finite element fast generation for ship structure based on CATIA platform is provided.
